I don’t know what mornings are like at y’all’s houses, but at the Huffman Homestead things can go from 0-crazy in a matter of seconds. Sometimes it’s hard to eat breakfast, let alone a healthy one. While I was grocery shopping the other day, I saw these on the shelves and I HAD to try them!
First I tried the double chocolate one. All I had to do was pour in 1/4 cup water, mix, and microwave!
I really liked the chocolate one! I ate it along with some egg whites and I was surprised at how full it kept me! I normally have to eat a snack in between breakfast and lunch but I didn’t have to this day because I was pretty satiated!
The next day I tried the s’mores one:
It wasn’t as good as the chocolate one. All of the yummy bits fell to the bottom so the muffin was pretty bland until you reached the sugar overload.
These muffins come in ten flavors, including: Lemon Poppyseed, Blueberry, Cinnamon Roll, Tart Cherry Chocolate, Chocolate Peanut Butter, Peanut Butter, Maple Pumpkin, and Cinnamon Apple!
