After the fiasco of last week’s cheesecake in a mug, I was on the hunt for an easy, tasty Keto dessert. Thankfully, Pinterest delivered!
Here’s what I used:
~One packet sugar free Jell-O cheesecake mix
~2 cups heavy whipping cream
All you have to do is mix the two together until it starts to thicken up. Then, either eat right away or divvy them up into individual containers and refrigerate!
You guys, this was DELICIOUS! Seriously, it was so good! The calorie count was a little high BUT, it is Keto and it’s not bad for a dessert or a “treat”! Here are the stats:
