Happy Tuesday, peeps! I’ve got THREE new products to tel you about so let’s dive right in!
Y’all know I’m all about cookie dough. As a kid, I ate that stuff out of the mixing bowl ALL the time. I’d literally sneak spoonfuls because that ish was sooooo good. I’m a teensy bit nervous about eating raw cookie dough now, just because I’m like, “If anyone would get salmonella from raw cookie dough, with my luck it’d be me.” Thankfully I found an awesome substitute!

You guys this is LEGIT. It’s so good and not that many calories! They come in a variety of flavors and are AMAZING! (If you’d rather make your own, see my post about edible cookie dough!)
Have y’all seen the Mystery Oreos? My mom picked up a pack the other day and we all tasted them to try and decipher what they were. Personally, I thought they tasted like Fruity Pebbles.

This was soooooo good! The add-ins were delish! I loved the crunch and the pumpkin flavor!

Hey everyone! I’ve got a Try It Twofer today, so get ready! Here we go!

Y’all know I’m obsessed with Oreos and all the fun flavors they come out with. This weekend I tried these:

Y’all, these were DELISH! They seriously tasted like a mini apple pie! I think these may be my favorite non-chocolate Oreos EVER!

 

Whenever Chobani comes out with a new flavor of their flips line, I’ve just gotta try it! I actually went a little crazy last time I was at Target and bought 6 different flavors! What? They were new. I HAD to try them all! Anyway, the one I tried today was carrot cake.

I won’t lie, when I first opened the package, I had a little bit of buyer’s remorse. The yogurt did NOT look appealing at all. It was just a weird color and had chunks of carrot in it.

BUT, after I mixed in the toppings and took a whiff of that yummy cinnamon smell, I was eager to take a bite! This flavor did NOT disappoint! It was super yummy AND filling!

Y’all know I love trying new products–especially products that save me time as well as energy. Now that I’m working part time at a Mother’s Day Out program, I have to pack lunches for myself (as well as Huff the Tot) twice a week. Normally, I eat leftovers or Amy’s Organic meals when we’re at home, so making a lunch that’s portable has been a bit of a struggle. Especially when I don’t have easy access to a microwave and I pb&j’s only do so much for a breastfeeding momma’s hunger. While doing some grocery shopping, I came across some new products and thought I’d snag them for my lunch to see if they were any good!

First up, Hillshire Farms Snacking: Small Plates

This little tray was DELISH! Its basically a Lunchable® for grownups! I didn’t realize there were other flavors and I can’t wait to try them all! I will say, the only place I’ve been able to find it locally is Target, but according to the HF website, they’re also available at Homeland stores! Woot!

 

For dessert the same day I had the snack tray, I pack some yogurt. I LOVE Chobani’s Flip yogurts, but they can’t count as a “dessert” at lunch if they’re 200+ calories (at least, for me that’s a tad too high). So I was SUPER excited when I saw that they now come in 100 calorie portions!

I tried the Strawberry Chocolate Truffle and man-oh-man, it was SO. FLIPPIN’. GOOD. I felt like I was indulging, but it was only 100 calories! HOLLA!

As you all know, I’m trying really hard to be as healthy as I can whilst growing the little nerdling in my tummy. I try to eat fresh fruits and veggies a much as I can, but some days I need something besides an apple or banana. Enter, two new products!

 

First up, Sargento Fast Breaks!

These awesome little containers come with cheese (protein) and either almonds and cranberries (protein and fiber) or cashews and raisins! They come three to a pack and I got ’em for less than $3 each! They are SO good! And with only 190 calories (not that I’m really counting calories too much right now) they make a GREAT snack! I highly recommend these!

 

Next I tried Chobani’s new Flip flavor: PB&J!

Try It Yogurt

Its strawberry yogurt with peanut butter crunchies and little granola bits! This was SO good! I actually ate it as a dessert the other day! I love the chocolate almond version, so I’m super happy that I like this one too! Another one of their new flavors was Sriacha Mango! That was a little too out there for me, lol.
